Ladiv

Orange is Marcello's favorite color - the color of happiness!
It is also the fourth wine color. After Red -, White - and Pink (or Rosé) - comes the Orange Wine!

Following an old Georgian tradition, where the grapes are not pressed before fermentation begins, the grapes macerate with all their solid parts, like seeds and skin, which is the normal procedure for red wine. After fermentation, the wine is matured in amphoras or barriques, and after that in big oak casks. This method gives the wine that special orange color with golden glints, and a lot more aromas and tannins, which is very different from typical white wine. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered.
