These red grapes are pressed immediately after picking from the vineyards, as you would do for a white wine. This preserves its clear and light color. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered.

This Vino Rosso is a fresh summer wine. Some vintages may turn out sparkling or have a slightly sweet taste.
Pairs beautifully with hard Italian cheeses, dried tomatoes and marinated zucchini.
